HAPPINESS

Think Happy , Be Happy

In psychology, happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being which can be defined by, among others, positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.
Happiness is not a life without problems rather the struggle to overcome the problems that come your way . There is no such thing as problem free life , difficulties are unavoidable , its the manner in which we experience and react to our problems. Happiness  is not that we can ask for or buy in market or people distribute it ,we can only achieve it. Achieving happiness is not very tough job its actually how one lead his or her life .
Everyone desire and deserve happiness. There are few  points which can help one  to increase one’s liveliness and bring more happiness into their life.
  1. Smile and be with the people who make you smile. Researches have shown that we are happiest when we are around those who are also happy. Be with those positive and joyful people and let influence your happy living.
  2. Important and lasting beliefs or ideals shared by the members of a culture about what is good or bad and desirable or undesirable is known as values. Always hold on to your values , culture and thoughts.  Be firm about  it but not rigid .What you find true, what you know is fair, and what you believe in are all values. Over time, the more you account them,  you will feel positive about yourself and those who love you.
  3. Be positive and accept the good. Look at your life and take count of what’s working for you , and don’t push away something just because it isn’t working for you. When  something good happens, even if it's very little one, let them in and feel great about it.
  4. Dream the best and visualise. Don’t be afraid to look at what you really want and see yourself getting it. Many people avoid this process because they don’t want to be disappointed if things don’t work out. The naked truth is that imagining  and visualising and getting what you want is a big part of achieving it.
  5. Doing things you love will make you more confident and happy. Maybe you can’t be with your loved people every day or take vacations every season, but as long as you get to do the things you love every once in a while, you will find greater happiness.
  6. Purpose of being in want to be happy.Find the reason. There are people who believe they are contributing to the well-being of humanity tend to feel better about their lives. Most people want to be part of something greater than they are, simply because it’s fulfilling.
  7. Listen to your heart. You are the only one who knows what make you feel satisfied . Your near and dear ones may think you’d be great at something that really doesn’t float your boat nor makes you happy.  Just be smart enough to  keep your day  job for the time being and listen to your heart.
  8. Change yourself push yourself, not others. It’s easy to feel that someone else is responsible for your fulfillment, but the reality is that it is really your charge, you are yourself responsible for your own happiness . Once you realize that, you have the power to get where you want to go. First stop blaming others , when you point others you must keep in mind other four fingers are pointing at you., and you’ll find your answers much sooner. Be responsible for  whatever you do.
  9. Be positive to  accept change. Even if it doesn’t feel good, change is the one thing you can count on. Change will happen, so make plans and emotionally brace yourself up for the experience, whatever it is good or bad.
  10. Explore in the simple pleasures, treasured memories, silly jokes, warm days, romantic situations ,starry nights and also people those who love you—these are the ties that bind and the gifts that keep on giving.

Everything are within one's hand ,happiness and satisfaction. Realising and understanding what works best for you is the first step in searching  happiness.😄😄😄😄
