CHINGRI BATICHORCHORI

Chingri   Batichorchori :-  Chingri batichorchori   can be described as easy one pot recipe made with prawns, potato es, loads of onions,  blast   o f   green chillies  and  a splat of mustard oil.   With minimum masala and  with very less effort a tasty dish with difference is done. Course   :      Main course   Cuisine   :     Bengali Prep Time : 10 minutes   Cook Time : 15 minutes        INGREDIENTS      250 g medium sized prawns deveined and de-       shelled.        2 potato cut into medium cubes       3 - 4 onions   cut into cubes      1 tsp turmeric powder     1tsp Panchforon      1 tsp cumin powder     7 - 8 green chillies slitted , 2 whole green chillies          for  garnish.     3 tbsps   mustard oil .     salt to taste.     PROCEDURE De-shell and clean the prawns thoroughly .
