We all have negative thoughts, judgments, and feelings from time to time. If we always think negative then only negative things will happen to you but if think positive then positive things will surely come into your way.

Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the brighter side of life and expects positive results.

Positive thinking is not a concept that everyone believes and follows, some consider it as absurdity and mock at those who follow it. Whatever it may be there is an increasing number of people, who accept and believes in positive thinking as a fact and effectiveness.

To use positive thinking in life, you need to adopt a positive attitude in everything we do. A positive attitude always leads to happy and pleasant experiences. This brings more energy and happiness and brightens up one’s world. It also shows effects on our health beneficially and pushes you to do more productive work.

People are more prompt to help positive people around than a negative person.

Negative thoughts, words, and attitude create negative and unhappy feelings, mood and behavior and thus these behavior leads to more unhappiness and negativity and ultimately pushes you to the way of failure, frustration and disappointment.

Being a positive person I think positively that if you wish to change your   thoughts  to “I can “ you will definitely get a constructive and affirmative result. Maybe it won’t happen overnight but it can happen positively with time.

The power of your thought is a colossal power that always shapes your life. This transformation usually takes subconsciously but it is possible that you can make it a conscious one. Even if the idea seems to you very bizarre, but you must give it a try, I can assure you only will only gain.

I would like to share with all my friends   with some positive tips to become a positive mind and enjoy a happy, confident and a productive life.

v SMILE more, it helps to think positively.
v IGNORE all negative comments and thoughts of other people and if they are really talking about you it means you are on the right track of your choice of change.
v Always use positive words in your soul dialogues and also when talking to others.
v Be imaginative to visualize only that situation those are beneficial and in your favour.
v Be aware and take steps to replace the negative thoughts that come to your mind with a constructive one. If negative thoughts return repeatedly replace it with a positive one. Perseverance and Patience will eventually teach your mind how to discard negative thoughts even if you are in the most adverse and unpleasant situation of life.
v REPETITION OF AFFIRMATIONS  is the last and the most effective and useful technique. It will slowly increase your will power, confidence and peace of mind to help you in self revolution and ultimately achieve your desired goal.

PRAWN CUTLET

PRAWN CUTLET: INGREDIENTS: ·        6 prawns(500 gm approx) ·        2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste ·        2 teaspoon coriander and Green chilli paste ·        2 teaspoon garam masala powder ·        salt as required ·        3 tablespoon onion paste ·        2 egg ·        Corn flour as required ·        2 cup bread crumbs ·        refined oil for deep frying METHOD: ·     In a large bowl add ginger and garlic paste, onion paste, coriander and green chilli paste, garam masala powder, eggs and salt. ·     Mix all the ingredients well and dip the prawn pieces into the bowl. Make sure that each piece has an even coating of the mixture. ·     Cover the bowl using a cling film and refrigerate the marinated prawns for 30 minutes to 1 hour. ·       Now, in another bowl add bread crumbs along with the cornflour.
