Chingri Batichorchori :-
Chingri batichorchori can be described as easy
one pot recipe made with prawns, potatoes, loads of
onions, blast of green chillies and a splat of mustard oil. With minimum masala and with very less effort a tasty dish with difference is done.

INGREDIENTS
250 g medium sized prawns deveined and
de- shelled.
2 potato cut into medium cubes
3 - 4 onions cut into
cubes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp Panchforon
1 tsp cumin powder
7 - 8 green chillies slitted, 2 whole
green chillies for garnish.
3 tbsps mustard oil .
salt to taste.
PROCEDURE
De-shell and clean the prawns thoroughly .
In a bowl mix all the ingredients along with prawns
, dry masala and mustard oil . Also add
the green chillies. Keep 2 whole green chillies for garnishing.
In a kadai heat 1 tsp of oil add Panchforon to it then add the mixture and cover it and keep it in a f very low flame for 15 minutes. Delicious Chingri batichorchori will be ready to serve .
