Why is it so important to declutter your house? Clutter in the house leads to anxiety and anger issues that can stress you out and affect your relationships. One of my psychologist friends narrated me a story about one of her patient she was treated, that patient was a working middle-aged lady, who claimed herself to be a calm and happy person but of late she is facing a lot of problem at home and also in her work too due to her recent problem of anger, anxiety, and frustration. She was feeling distressed due to all these fights and arguments every day and with anyone and everyone. After a few sittings, her daily activities were figured out, the psychologist suggested her few changes in her lifestyle like making her bed every morning as soon as she woke up, and ensures that the house especially the kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobes in every room was tidy before she left for work. After a month she was a much calmer person. We live in an extremely stressful society. M
