STUFFED POINTED GOURD WITH PANEER/ POTOLER DORMA /STUFFED PARWAL

P OTOLER DORMA / POINTED GOURD STUFFED WITH PANEER: INGREDIENTS: Potol or pointed gourd - 6 numbers FOR STUFFING: Paneer  - 250 grams Raisin - 2 Tablespoon Ginger paste - 1tsp Cashew -2 Tbsp Green chili - 2 (finely chopped) Onion - 1/2 cup chopped CUmin powder - 1 tsp  FOR GRAVY Posto (poppy seeds)- 2 tsp Green chili - 4 Charmagaz or melon  seeds - 2 tsp Ginger paste - 2 tsp Tomato paste - 1/2 cup Cumin powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder -1 tsp Bay leaves -2 Garam masala -1tsp Oil - for frying and 2 Tbsp for gravy making. Ghee - 1tsp. METHOD:   First, wash the potol or pointed gourd and scrape it very lightly. Now cut one side head of the potol and scoop of the potol seed totally with the help of a spoon handle till it is empty. Keep the potol in saltwater for a while. Now prepare the stuffing, heat 1 tbsp of oil add onion and green chili saute for a while then add ginger to it. n

HEALTHY OATS CHEELA:   Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes Serves: 4 INGREDIENTS: §   Oats: 11/2 cups (grinded into powder) §   Besan: ½ cup §   Onion: 1 (finely chopped) §   Green chili: 2 (finely chopped) §   Carrot: 1(finely grated) §   Ginger:   1tsp (finely grated) §   Coriander leaves: 2 Tbsps. §   Cumin powder: 1tsp §   Ajwain (Carom seed): ½ tsp §   Chaat masala: 1 tsp §   Salt to taste §   Oil or Ghee for frying §   Water as required METHOD: §   Grind the oats into powder form. §   In a big bowl mix powdered oats and besan. §   Add grated carrot, onion, green chili, ginger, cumin powder, carom seeds, coriander leaves, chaat masala, salt to taste. §   Now add water to make a smooth batter. §   Heat a pan and grease it with some oil or ghee. §   Pour 1 ladle of batter and spread it nicely. §   Now apply little oil or ghee around the edges of the batter. §   Cook it in low flame. §   When it starts t

YUMMY CORNFLAKES CHAAT:   Prep time: 10 minutes Serve: 4 INGREDIENTS: ·      Cornflakes: 3 cups ·      Tomato: 1(deseeded and chopped finely) ·      Green chilli : 2( Chopped finely) ·      Onion: 1 (finely chopped) ·      Coriander Leaves: ½ cup ·      Potato: 1 (boiled & chopped) ·      Pomegranate: ½ cup ·      Peanut: ½ cup (roasted) ·      Chilli powder: 1 tsp ·      Chaat masala: 2 tsp ·      Lemon Juice:1 Tbsp ·      Salt: as per your test METHOD: ·      Mix tomato, onion, green chilli, potato, peanuts, and pomegranate . ·      Add chili powder, salt and chaat masala to the above mix. ·      Take a big bowl in which add the above mixture then add the cornflakes and mix well. ·      Now sprinkle lemon juice and mix. ·      Add coriander leaves, mix and serve.
