DIWALI CLEANING

DIWALI CLEANING:

FLOOR CARE-
Just before festivals we all deep clean our house, declutter everything possible dresses, utensils, papers, etc. If the floor of a house is sparkle clean, the house looks more clean and tidy Every house has different flooring, some have marble flooring, some tiles and some have wooden ones, and etc.
One must know different flooring requires different treatment to keep it clean. Don't worry here are some handy tips to make your work easier to keep your floor clean and well maintained.
MARBLE  FLOOR:
Any mark on the marble floor looks horrible. Not to worry there is a solution to the clean floor. Never scrub the marble floor harshly rather wipe off with a soft wet cloth or mop. Never wipe in a circular motion, if you do that it spoils the shine of the floor. If any food(coffee, tea, cold drinks etc ) or colour or any kind of chemical drops on the marble floor one must wipe it as soon as possible. Never wipe marble floor with baking powder, lemon juice or vinegar. Wipe it with PH neutral liquid soap water.
MOSAIC FLOOR:
If you desire to have sparkling shiny mosaic floor wipe it with liquid detergent. If there are any stubborn spot marks wipe it with bleaching powder liquid.
WOODEN FLOOR:
In India is very difficult to maintain wooden flooring as it gets spoiled very fast. Even then we prefer to put the wooden floor in a few particular places. One has to be very careful in its maintenance. It is always advised not to wipe the wooden floor with water. Every day wipe it with a dry cloth and Vaccum clean once or twice a week. Wooden floor cleaning liquids are easily available these days. If one takes little precautions and care, wooden floor can last for long.
TILE FLOOR:
Tiles are very easily to clean We use a different kind of tiles for our house and we must take care to maintain it properly. Wipe it with non-oil based, PH free liquid soap water.
BATHROOM TILES:
Mostly non-skid tiles are used in the bathroom, which are made by porcelain or ceramic. Since bathrooms mostly remain wet it tends to get mossy(saola in Bengali) and becomes slippery. There are various kinds of bathroom cleaner available in stores, use those to keep it clean.
KITCHEN TILES:
On the kitchen floor it is seen to get dirty with oil, spice, and other substances. Everyday kitchen floor should be cleaned with liquid soap water solution. Wiping with soapy water will clean all the oil and dirt from the floor.
Overall everyday cleaning is required to keep your house clean . Once a week Vacuum clean the house. With regular cleaning workload during the festival get less.
Hope this will help you all to get a sparkling clean house.
