USEFULNESS OF BATH:

Our life is full of stress and tiredness. To get rid of these, take a bath relaxingly and in luxury. The only way by which one can keep its mind, body, and soul rejuvenated.
As we get up in the morning we have loads of work in house and offices, Be it sending your child to school, preparing breakfast or getting ready for the office. Whole day meeting, deadlines, accounts dealing, etc or maybe whole day household chores and managing home totally makes a person exhausted end of the day.  Be it, men or women, all get exhausted and tired after whole day work. After all these exertions our body needs to pampered and relax. Bathing is the best option to relax your mind and body both. Especially during the summer, we need to take a shower more than twice.
Bath to get freshen up from tiredness:

We need to feel fresh after each bath along with getting cleansed. Cleaning is not only a purpose solved by bathing. Bathing keeps the body temperature regulated, increases blood circulation, muscle flexibility, etc.

  1. In the morning we are not tired but slowly during the evening one is totally exhausted so to remove tiredness it is obvious an evening good bath which will definitely relax your body.
  2. Whatever may be the weather try to take a bath in lukewarm water. Try to keep the temperature of the water  33 to 36-degree centigrade as it is close to our body temperature, as a result, the body temperature is maintained and it regulates good blood circulation.
  3. Take time to relax and at least for 20 mins take a relaxing bath. If you rush while taking bath you will never feel relaxed.
  4. Rub your body with a soft brush or loofah for 5 minutes. This will remove all the dead cells from the body and increases blood circulation.
  5. If you have a bathtub then emerge your body in the tub full of lukewarm water or else fill the bucket and pour water very slowly.
  6. Use flavored bath salt or any aroma oil while taking a bath. If daily not possible at least once a week you use these products.
  7. Use shower gel every day in a circular motion with a loofah and scrub your body.
  8. After bath use body butter or moisturizer in the whole body.
  9. Don't rub harshly with your towel rather dab your towel to dry your body after bath.
Destress Bath:

Along with a lukewarm water bath, few more relaxing products are required. Nowadays mostly all beauty stores keep Bath salt, Bath bomb, bath oils, etc. There are a few more easily available things from your kitchen are the kitchen spices.

  1. Milk is a very good product to relax. Take 1 cup of milk and add it to your bath water also you can use Epsom salt or sea salt or dry petal of the rose, slight baking soda can be added.
  2. A bathtub is ideal for relaxation.
  3. Essential oils have an important role in destressing. Lavender oil calms your mind, Grapefruit oil, peppermint oil removes tiredness. Cedarwood oil is good for restlessness and depression. Rosemary oil and chamomile essential oil reduces headache.
Detox Bath:
  1. Mix Apple Cider Vinegar, lemon juice, and few Juliane of ginger in the water and keep it aside for 20 minutes then take a bath.
  2. In winter make a mixture of 1/4th cup of coconut oil,1/4th cup of sweet almond oil,3 tablespoons baking soda and 4 Tablespoons of Sea salt with water and take a bath to make your body soft and moisturized.
Remedy for Muscle cramps: 

Mix 11/2 cups of Epsom salt,1/2 a cup of  sea salt, 1/2 a cup of baking soda, 6 to 8 drops of mint oil, 6 to 8 drops of cinnamon oil, 3 to 4 drops of lavender oil and 2 tsp of coconut oil and store it in a glass bottle and use it whenever you require it.
Light Scented candles in your bathroom to relax and destress.
Always keep your bathroom clean and disinfected.

PRAWN CUTLET

PRAWN CUTLET: INGREDIENTS: ·        6 prawns(500 gm approx) ·        2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste ·        2 teaspoon coriander and Green chilli paste ·        2 teaspoon garam masala powder ·        salt as required ·        3 tablespoon onion paste ·        2 egg ·        Corn flour as required ·        2 cup bread crumbs ·        refined oil for deep frying METHOD: ·     In a large bowl add ginger and garlic paste, onion paste, coriander and green chilli paste, garam masala powder, eggs and salt. ·     Mix all the ingredients well and dip the prawn pieces into the bowl.
