 SKINCARE AND OIL:



From ancient times oil is used in skincare, even today you will find beauty products are loaded with oils(as they say). Each magazine features about the oil and its advantages in beauty. Some oil keeps the hair strong, some prevent acne, some moisturizes the skip. but some oil does good help to both skin and hair.
ALMOND OIL: This oil is most veteran amongst oil for skincare. It contains Vitamin E and monounsaturated fatty acid which helps in removing dead skin and removes scars.
CASTOR OIL: This oil is relatively the heavy oil comparing to the others but it can do miracles in beauty. If anyone is suffering hair loss or thinning of hair immediately start using it.
ARGAN OIL: Its origin is Morocco and nowadays many beauty product manufacturers talk about
this oil. It is an extraction seed of the fruit of the Argan tree. Moisturizes the most also it has an antioxidant property.
There are oils that are classified as aroma oil due to their fragrance. I am mentioning a few of them.
TREE TEA OIL: Due to its increasing anti-bacterial power it has taken a vital place in beauty products.  Acne to dandruff any problem can be solved by this oil. It cleans and rectifies problems from within. Due to its smooth fragrance, it relaxes the mind.
LAVENDER OIL: From mood upliftment, this oil has lots of good properties. It relaxes mood, suppresses headache, helps insomnia also treats acne completely, brightens up the skin and also good for hair.
SANDALWOOD OIL: We all are aware of the goodness of the sandalwood tree. Similarly, sandalwood oil is equally good.
Choose your oil according to its properties, since now we are aware of the usefulness of different oils
now it is better to choose according to your needs. Select according to the type of your hair and skin.
OILY SKIN: If we use oil on oily skin acne increases. So for oily type of skin, we need to look for non-greasy oil. Lemon, tea tree, jojoba, coconut, and lavender oils are best for oily skin.
DRY SKIN: Sandalwood, Almond oil, Rose oil, and Calamine oil are best for dry skin.
MIXED SKIN: Equal portion of Olive Oil, Castor oil and Sesame oil are good for mixed skin.
NORMAL SKIN: This is the most blessed skin type even then Almond oil, Jasmine oil, Lavender oil, Tea Tree oil are excellent for this type.
COMBINATION OIL: For this kind of skin type it is suggested to use Lavender and for the T zone of the face use Tea tree oil.

P OTOLER DORMA / POINTED GOURD STUFFED WITH PANEER: INGREDIENTS: Potol or pointed gourd - 6 numbers FOR STUFFING: Paneer  - 250 grams Raisin - 2 Tablespoon Ginger paste - 1tsp Cashew -2 Tbsp Green chili - 2 (finely chopped) Onion - 1/2 cup chopped CUmin powder - 1 tsp  FOR GRAVY Posto (poppy seeds)- 2 tsp Green chili - 4 Charmagaz or melon  seeds - 2 tsp Ginger paste - 2 tsp Tomato paste - 1/2 cup Cumin powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder -1 tsp Bay leaves -2 Garam masala -1tsp Oil - for frying and 2 Tbsp for gravy making.
