HARA BHARA KARADAI CHICKEN:
INGREDIENTS:

Chicken: 1 kg
Onion: 1/2 cup chopped
Ginger paste: 1Tbsp
Garlic paste: 1Tbsp
Green chili paste: 1Tbsp
Coriander powder: 1Tbsp
Cumin powder:1tsp
Cumin seeds: 1tsp
Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Kasuri methi: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1tsp
Salt: According to taste
Curd: 6Tbsp
Ginger Jullien: 3 tsp
Coriander chopped: 1/2 cup
Green chili: 4 slitted
For Green paste: 
Coriander leaves: 2 handfuls.
Green Capsicum: 1 chopped
Green chilies: 4 to 5 slit from middle
Oil: 6 Tb Tbsp
Ghee : 2 thsp
METHOD:

Heat oil or ghee in a karadai or pot, Fry onion, chopped green chilli, ginger, and garlic paste, fry till the onion is translucent. Add the chicken and fry it thoroughly with the masala. When chicken changes its colour a bit then add half portion of the curd and fry around 5 to 6 minutes. When the oil starts coming up add the dry masalas, stir it. Now add the remaining curd and fry with masalas. Add the 2 green chillis for flavour. while frying all the masalas. Meanwhile, let us make the green Paste.
As mentioned in the ingredient. Pour the green paste in the karadai. Add the lemon juice, Kasuri methi slitted green chili and ginger juliennes For about 14 mins the chicken should be covered and cooked in slow fire. Add ghee and your chicken is read.
